Data Accessed

When you connect Google services via OAuth2, we only request the following scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send — allows us to send emails on your behalf.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly — provides read-only access to your mailbox (metadata such as sender, recipients, subject, labels, timestamps; message bodies only if you enable content-based features).

We never request or store your Google password.

Data Usage

Google user data is used only to deliver features you enable:

• Send outreach or follow-up emails you approve.
• Read limited metadata to avoid duplicate outreach or contacting existing customers.
• Thread replies and track engagement (read/unread, labels).
• Optional: analyze message bodies for context if you explicitly turn on content-based features.

We do not sell or rent Google user data.

Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted subprocessors (e.g., cloud hosting, logging) under strict data processing agreements. We never share Google user data with third parties for advertising or independent use. Disclosure may occur only if legally required.

Data Storage & Protection

All OAuth tokens and personal data are stored securely:

• Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• Strict access controls and auditing of token use.
• Role-based access and least-privilege security model.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with law. Disconnecting your Google account stops access immediately.

Deleting your LeadStreamer account permanently removes your personal and Google data from our active systems within 30 days. Backups are purged automatically on their cycle. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@leadstreamer.ai.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You may also revoke LeadStreamer’s access in your Google Account Permissions.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
